As an Event Runner at the Youth Music Awards 2022, I took on a number of coordination roles. Initially, I prepared gift bags for attendees and prepared the table for the guests. During the course of the night, I was asked to coordinate the performers/sponsors backstage to ensure everyone was comfortable, in the right place, and on schedule.

Despite the busy operations, I thoroughly enjoyed myself and felt as though I was contributing to something greater. I have developed my coordination and people skills and cannot wait to continue to apply them.
